The Office of Edo First Lady is to follow through with the case of spousal abuse of Mrs Loveth Amowie who narrowly escaped death following the alleged burning of her apartment by her husband Alex Amowie omoruyi.
EBS Juliet Samuel Asein reports that Loveth Amowie was visited at a health facility where she’s undergoing treatment by the Coordinator, Office of Edo First Lady, Mrs Edesili Anani.

at a health facility in Uhunwonde local Government Area having suffered injuries when her abode where she and her 3 children all under the age of 7 was set on fire by her estranged husband Alex Amowie Omoruyi.
The Coordinator, Office of Edo First Lady Mrs Edesili Anani represented by her chief protocol pastor Mrs Mabel Obeto who took out time to identify with the victim ,thanked God for sparing her life and goodhearted neighbours who ensured she and her 3 young children were rescued although with her having burns on several parts of her body.

Ministry of Women Affairs to follow through with the case and ensure that the perpetuator Alex Amowie Omoruyi who hails from Ekiugbo Village along the Benin Auchi Road Axis of Uhunwonde council area said to be involved in community affairs face the consequence of his action.
For Loveth and her mother Clara Okekumatalor, the visit of the coordinator of Edo First Lady is a sign of relieve and a reflection of a government that cares about it’s people.
As at the time of the visit,there were relics of the destruction in the rented apartment located in the Ogueka locality of Benin Auchi Road and the 3 young children are at the mercy of a teenage relative of their mother seeking help at a time when prices of basic food commodities are on the increase .
