Muslim Faithful in Benin city, the edo state capital, this Sunday, joined others around the world to offer the 2025 Eid-El-Fitr prayer, after a Month-long Ramadan exercise.

As early as 7am, Muslim faithful were already converging on the air force prayer ground, airport road Benin city,to observe the Eid-El-Fitr prayer slated for 9am, to mark the end of the month of Ramadan, after which the imam, Umar Saminu prayed for the Muslim ummah in particular and the nation in general.
Expressing gratitude to Allah for a successful Ramadan exercise,in the face of the current hardship bedeviling the country, these worshippers simply added their voices to the call on Muslims to sustain the good deeds of Ramadan period, Even as the imam, Umar Saminu advised against possible reprisals, following the current killing of about 16 northern travellers in uromi, Esan Northeast local government area of Edo state.
