Benin City | July 28, 2025 — Governor of Edo State, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has approved the nomination of five individuals to serve on the Edo State Audit Service Commission.
The nominations, which are subject to confirmation by the Edo State House of Assembly, were announced in a statement issued by the Secretary to the State Government, Umar Musa Ikhilor, Esq.
According to the statement, the nominated members of the Audit Service Commission are:

The list of nominees has been forwarded to the Edo State House of Assembly for legislative consideration and confirmation, as part of the process to constitute the commission responsible for auditing government accounts and ensuring fiscal accountability.
