The development was announced in a statement signed on Tuesday by Umar Musa Ikhilor, the Secretary to the State Government.
Utobor’s appointment, according to the statement, takes effect from November 19th, 2024.
Utobor hold a Diploma in Law from the Delta State University, Abraka and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Benson Idahosa University, Benin city, Edo State.
He was a Senior Assistant to the Edo State House of Assembly Speaker, former member, Edo State Produce Board and Edo State Rapid Response Agency respectively.
Utubor Eugene is a grassroots political mobiliser in Edo State.
