Children have a special place in the administration of senator Monday Okpebholo hence initiatives aimed at enhancing their wellbeing are carried out.
This came to the fall when members of the child protection network and Shenz initiative paid a courtesy visit to the coordinator, office of Edo first lady, Mrs Edesili Anani .
With the child protection law in place in Edo state, awareness creation and it’s implementation across the 18 local government areas requires full participation of all stakeholders especially children centered groups.
As the child protection network and Shenz initiative members came calling at the office of Edo first lady, Mrs Edesili Anani, she renews call for all hands to be on deck in reaching the grassroot and passing the message that every child is valued.
While enumerating Edo state government’s interventions targeting children and the vulnerable in education, infrastructure and social interventions sued for their continued support.
