President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, has approved the renewal of the appointment of Alhaji Abubakar Sadiq Yelwa as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the National Hydroelectric Power Producing Areas Development Commission (N-HYPPADEC) for a second and final tenure of four (4) years.
This appointment is in accordance with the provisions of Section 93 of the Electricity Act, 2023.
The President urges him to consolidate on the gains recorded by the Commission and bring greater innovation and dedication to the discharge of its mandate.
