Edo State Government Demolition Kidnapper’s Property In Uromi Town

Oboh Odianosen who recently received ₦800,000 as ransom from his last kidnapping mission, confessed to the crime, stating that he was part of a five-man gang that kidnapped a man from Ekpoma and demanded ₦5 million as ransom.

 

The Edo State Task Force, led by Special Adviser to Governor Monday Okpebholo on Security, Akhere Paul, vowed to continue demolishing properties linked to kidnappers, warning that the government will not relent until kidnapping is eradicated from the state.

 

On his part Commander of the Task Force, SP Michael Anetor gave insights on the enforcement procedures, admonishing prospective kidnappers that the state government means business.

 

More operations are expected to be carried out in the coming days.
