*APC EDO STATE CHAPTER CONGRATULATES FESTUS ALENKHE ON APPOINTMENT AS SUBSTANTIVE MD, EBS, AND BIRTHDAY*
The Edo State Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) warmly congratulates Mr. Festus Alenkhe on his appointment by the Edo State Governor as the substantive Managing Director of the Edo Broadcasting Service (EBS).
The Party considers the appointment a recognition of Mr. Alenkhe’s wealth of experience in journalism, broadcasting, media practice and public service, as well as his contributions to the development of the media industry in Edo State.
Having previously served as Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Edo State Council, and Chairman of the Nigerian Red Cross, Edo State Branch, Mr. Alenkhe brings to his new responsibility a strong background in leadership, professional practice and public service.
The APC Edo State Chapter also acknowledges his stewardship as Acting Managing Director of EBS, during which he demonstrated commitment to the growth and advancement of the Service.
As he assumes his new role, we are confident that his experience and leadership will contribute meaningfully to strengthening the Edo Broadcasting Service and enhancing its capacity to effectively inform, educate and serve the people of Edo State.
On this special occasion of his birthday, the APC Edo State Chapter also extends its warmest felicitations to Mr. Festus Alenkhe. We celebrate his life, service and contributions to Edo State and wish him continued good health, wisdom, fulfilment and greater accomplishments in the years ahead.
We pray that God grants him the wisdom, strength and courage to discharge the responsibilities of his new office with distinction and in the best interest of the people of Edo State.
