Nigerian international Victor Osimhen has etched his name in Galatasaray’s history books after breaking a 24-year-old club record for the most goals scored by a foreign player in a single season.
Osimhen, 26, netted a stunning brace against Trabzonspor in the Turkish Cup semi-final, bringing his season tally to an astonishing 35 goals — surpassing the long-standing record set by Brazilian striker Mário Jardel in the 2000–01 season.
